Ritika is an compassionate psychologist who has earned her Bachelors in Psychology from SIES college, Mumbai and a Maters of Science in Psychology (Clinical) from Jain university, Bangalore. 

Her approach is rooted in systems, relations, intersectionality, multiculturalism and trauma. Borrowing from various therapeutic modalities her methods include CBT, DBT, Gestalt, humanistic approaches and many more.
