Pratiksha is a Compassionate Psychologist, driven by her passion to support fellow humans in enhancing their life experiences. She earned her Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. While pursuing her master’s degree, she enhanced her theoretical understanding of the human mind and behavior and honed skills in providing counseling and therapeutic interventions. She works with psychological and mental health concerns like stress, anxiety, low mood, social relations and emotional issues, along with personal development. Drawing extensively from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy, and incorporating techniques from Cognitive and Behavioral schools, her approach to working with each individual is methodically tailored to address their specific presenting issues and unique needs.
